Equipment to clean ventilation ducts with a drill: 6 mm flexible cable of 2 to 15 m, soft duct brushes, duct cleaning head, rods and drill adapter. Smoke pellets then test leaks and draught.
Cable or rods?
The 6 mm flexible cable (DZ320 to DZ324) is one piece without joints, so nothing can come loose in the duct. Rods click together per metre and take the duct brush (DZ120 or DZ221) or the duct cleaning head (DZ123).
Which head is the softest?
The duct brush has soft black nylon bristles, also for delicate liners. Spare bristles: DZ192.
What else do I need?
A drill or cordless drill, the drill adapter (DZ140 or DZ240) if you work with rods, and optionally the floor sheet (DZ194).
