Ventichim manages all aspects of logistics in-house, enabling us to offer our customers a high degree of flexibility.
All orders placed before 3 p.m. on working days can normally be delivered within 24 hours. Naturally, this rule is subject to stock availability at our warehouse or at our suppliers.

This delivery time is also not possible for custom-made products, and we will communicate our delivery time as soon as possible after ordering.

Urgent delivery

We know better than anyone what it's like when you can't continue working on a construction site because you're missing a certain part. That's why we have also introduced urgent deliveries, for which we charge an additional transport cost of €75.

Of course, this rule is also subject to stock shortages or custom-made products.

Deliveries to construction sites in urban centers

It is becoming increasingly difficult to reach and deliver to urban centers.

Therefore, we are forced to charge a supplement of €75 excl. VAT for deliveries to construction sites in urban centers.

If your company is located in an urban center, this will of course not be charged.
