Concentric flue cascade C93X for condensing boilers: the collectors, boiler adapters, elbows and end pieces in PP/stainless white, from Ø60/100 to Ø200/300 mm. Inside, a PPH pipe carries the flue gas; the outer pipe in white powder-coated stainless steel supplies the combustion air: air and flue gas in one line. For gas or oil condensing boilers, flue gas up to 120 °C, negative and positive pressure. Designation EN 14471: T120 H1/P1 W2 O00 LI E U0.

What is a C93X cascade? Several condensing boilers discharge into one common concentric line: flue gas inside, combustion air outside. From the shaft, the flue gas rises through a single-wall pipe and the air comes down the shaft around that pipe. One penetration for a whole bank of boilers.

How to build the cascade? From the last boiler to the shaft:

Which diameter? The collector must carry the flue gas of all boilers together: the diameter follows from the total output, the number of boilers, the length and the elbows (EN 13384). Send us the boilers and the layout: we calculate and draw up the parts list.

With or without non-return valve? Under positive pressure, flue gas must not enter through an idle boiler: choose the collector with valve (TVK80), unless the boilers have their own valve. Only use a valve if the boiler manufacturer allows it.

Where does the condensate go? All horizontal lines have a fall of at least 3°; the condensate is collected in the cascade end piece or drain tee and discharged through a siphon, for large outputs via a neutralisation box.

Ventichim supplies the complete concentric cascade C93X, from boiler connection to terminal, to installers throughout Belgium. Unsure about the diameter or the layout? Send us your setup: we check the cascade according to EN 13384.
