Collective renovation C14 Flexible: a flexible black PP liner (PR series) as a common flue in an existing shaft or duct, in ø110, ø125 and ø160. The flexible follows bends and offsets in the shaft; one connection set per boiler, a base set with siphon and condensate tray at the bottom, a mounting set with suspension at the top. The combustion air is taken from the shaft around the liner (C14, semi-CLV). Flue gas up to 120 °C, positive pressure. For a straight and wide enough shaft there is also the rigid version PZ C14 Star.

Installation. Pre-assemble the complete line: mounting set, flexible cut to length, the connection sets at the height of each wall opening and the base set. Lower the whole line into the shaft from the top, fix every tee to the shaft wall with its clamps and connect the boiler through the wall opening. Between two connections only flexible, at least 2.5 m.

Condensate. At the bottom, the base set collects the condensate in the tray with siphon; drain it to the sewer and, for larger outputs, through a neutralisation box.

Which diameter? ø110, ø125 or ø160 depending on the number of boilers, their output, the height and the shaft size (EN 13384-2). Send us the data: we check the flue and draw up the parts list.
