Windproof hood ø80/130
Windproof cowl in stainless steel for the LD Flue ID series double-wall flue, with 25 mm insulation, in Ø80/130, 100/150, 130/180, 150/200 and 180/230.
The cowl goes on top of the flue. It protects the outlet against gusts of wind and against flue gases blowing back, so the flue keeps drawing in bad weather. It fits the complete double-wall ID series and has the same matt stainless steel finish.
The cowl is suitable for gas, condensing appliances, heating oil, pellets, wood and coal. It has a classification up to T600 and a system test up to 5000 Pa, and works on flues under negative and positive pressure.

Which size do I need? The same as your ID flue. The first figure is the inner diameter, the second the outer diameter including the insulation. A Ø150/200 flue takes IDWK150.
Can the cowl go on a flue for a wood stove? Yes. It is suitable for wood and has a classification up to T600.
Can I use it with a condensing boiler under positive pressure? Yes, the cowl is designed for flues under negative and positive pressure.
