Rotary free cable head, 17 mm rod

Rotary free steel cable head for a 17 mm rod, to sweep masonry flues with a drill. The free cable ends turn with the rod and adapt to the shape of the flue. Supplied to order, about 1 week.

Choose this head for a masonry flue with an irregular shape. Not for stainless, flexible or rendered flues. The head fits the 17 mm rods, DZ101 to DZ105, with the drill adapter DZ140. Cables with a fixed size of 350 mm are on the loop head DZ115 and the sharp cable head DZ116.

Does this head fit a 12 mm rod? No, DZ122 exists only for 17 mm. On 12 mm, take the steel cable head DZ215 or the sharp cable DZ216.

How does it differ from a loop head? On DZ115 the cables form loops. On this head the ends are free.
